Capt. James Berger was born and raised in Boynton Beach and has been fishing these waters since a very young age and has been charter fishing the Palm Beach area for the past 10 years. Capt. James will do his best to put his guests on the catch of their life. Our Boynton Beach fishing charters target a wide variety of pelagic species in the Gulf Stream including mahi-mahi (dolphin), wahoo, sailfish, kingfish (king mackerel), blackfin tuna, cobia, barracuda, and swordfish. The species vary by season — sailfish run strong in winter, mahi-mahi peak in spring and summer, and wahoo are best in fall and winter.

We fish the Gulf Stream waters off Boynton Beach, which are just a short run offshore. The Gulf Stream runs closer to shore in Southeast Florida than almost anywhere else on the East Coast, meaning less travel time and more fishing time for you.

No! Our charter vessel carries a commercial fishing license that covers all passengers. You don't need to purchase your own license.

Absolutely! You are welcome to keep your catch (subject to Florida FWC regulations on size and bag limits). We'll fillet your fish for you at the dock so it's ready to take home and cook.
